Use of the AI assistant

The Vertex AI Assistant is an artificial intelligence tool provided for general information, service triage, and lead intake. It is not a human representative and its responses are generated automatically.

• The assistant does not perform remote troubleshooting, does not request or accept remote system access, and does not collect payment information.
• Responses are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness, and should not be relied upon for urgent, safety-critical, legal, or compliance decisions without confirmation from a human technician.
• Do not submit confidential credentials, payment card details, or highly sensitive personal data through the chat.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site or the AI assistant, including attempting to interfere with normal operation, submitting unlawful content, or attempting to extract the assistant's underlying system instructions for malicious purposes.

Intellectual property

Limitation of liability
